Irish Jamero Terwel, fondly called "Ai Ai", was born on September 11, 1997, in San Antonio, R.T.R., Agusan del Norte, Philippines. She is the youngest among four siblings and the beloved daughter of Virginia and Ernesto. Growing up, her childhood was simple yet full of joy. She spent her days playing with friends, helping with small household tasks, and sharing meaningful moments with her family. Her early years were filled with love, care, and strong family values that shaped her character.

Irish began her educational journey at San Antonio Elementary School, where she built a strong academic foundation. She then attended Balang Balang National High School, where she graduated with honors, proving her diligence and intelligence. Her passion for learning led her to pursue a Bachelor in Elementary Education (BPED) at Northern Mindanao College Inc. Despite facing financial challenges and academic pressures such as tuition fees, school requirements, and demanding exams, she persevered with determination. Her efforts paid off when she successfully passed the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT)—a significant milestone in her academic life.


After graduation, Irish ventured into various fields. She gained valuable experiences by working in different government departments such as DSWD, PSA, and DepEd. These roles helped her develop resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

Irish is best known for her dedication to teaching and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. Cheerful, friendly, and highly motivated, she embraced a career as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher, working from home. Her most notable contribution is guiding Chinese and Japanese learners with patience and encouragement, earning the respect and admiration of both students and colleagues. Beyond teaching, she also proved her dedication and perseverance as a field worker, consistently giving her best in every role she took on.

Her impact extends beyond foreign students—her work has helped Filipino learners build confidence in English, inspiring her community and proving that hard work and dedication can create a positive difference in society.

Outside of work, Ai Ai enjoys a variety of hobbies. She loves playing volleyball, watching K-dramas, Chinese dramas, and Thai dramas, as well as indulging in good food and getting plenty of rest. She maintains close ties with her family and proudly shares that she is **NBSB (No Boyfriend Since Birth) a testament to her focus and personal values

Irish Jamero Terwel is admired for her intelligence, discipline, kindness, humility, and compassion. Known as Teacher Fidget by some, she is passionate, friendly, and fun to be with. She lives by the values of hard work, honesty, patience, and kindness. She believes in helping others, showing respect to everyone regardless of status, and staying strong through life’s challenges. These values shine through in her daily life, at home, at work, and within her community.
